Last night my family and I enjoyed some sandwiches and wings. Axel and Rita (our servers) were very busy and kept updating us on our order because it was pretty big. They had run out of a few things by the time our order was being made but offered substitutions. They apologized and were really nice about making our order right. Excellent customer service! The wings and our philly cheesesteaks were delicious! Thanks ladies! We will definitely come back again!
Sunday, 3/16/2025 - saw Charley's Philly Steak and decided to try it. We just wanted something qick and easy to go. Address is 1240 Shaw Ave Suite 109, Clovis, CA 93612. When we arrived, there was only 1 person in line ordering. The cashier was a very friendly, smiling, helpful server. She was very chatty and nice. Told us what is what, sides, etc. I saw ice cream on their little paper menu. She told us they don't serve ice cream. Yet. Lol. I've cream, you'll have to wait to next time should they server it. Our Philly cheese steak was good. We asked for extra teriyaki sauce and got it. We liked our sandwich. It was easy, quick, and good. For something easy, this worked for us. We liked it!

Walked in and was greeted! Ordered quickly and the food came out fresh and hot. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak and the bread was soft. It was tasty. Fries came out a little after cause I wanted it crisp. Overall the place was welcoming and the lady staff was polite and friendly.

I've been a consistent sandwich connoisseur since Charley's first opened up here at Sierra Vista Mall. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and my sandwich has never disappointed. My favorite is the Chicken California with a side of a cheese fries. I also love that Charley's is always innovating with new sandwiches and drink choices so there's always something new to try if you don't want to go with your usual.
